"Every story
begins with
the trust of
the teller."
Truth is the foundation of my storytelling. Authenticity, vulnerability, and empathy are the key elements that guide my creative process. As a storyteller, I have the privilege of sharing people's experiences and struggles with the world, bringing voices to the forefront that are often silenced or overlooked. Through my work, I aim to capture the essence of human nature and spark meaningful conversations that lead to positive change.
You'll find samples of my work below. Every story begins with the trust of the teller. I am thankful for all those who have trusted me to listen first and tell their story, second.
STORYTELLING
My approach to storytelling is all about authenticity and connection. By diving deep into the heart of a story and bringing its key messages to life, I am able to create powerful and impactful narratives that truly resonate with my audience.
As a journalist and person, I am committed to always learning and getting better at, both, what I do and who I am.
CONTENTCREATION
As a content creator, I believe in the power of visuals and how it aides in telling a complete story. A couple of graphics I made are to the right and were created to educate and showcase information.
You will also find below a small slideshow of my work used in different mediums for, both, internal and external communications.
NEWSLETTERS
One of my recent projects was to revamp Heart of Texas Electric Co-op's employee newsletter. I changed the name and added personal touches by highlighting real-life stories with the hope of significantly increasing engagement. As a storyteller and content creator, I’m committed to creating content that resonates with readers and raises the bar when it comes to internal communications in the workplace.
TEXASCO-OPPOWER
Are you looking for a storyteller who can capture the essence of your community or organization? I've worked with Texas Co-op Power Magazine to showcase the power of storytelling and its ability to inspire, inform, and transform. I pitched stories and wrote them for our local pages found in the center of the magazine.
